From their converted barn in Lincolnshire, Philip and Stephen run the company. Clients are welcome to come for presentations, although they largely conduct design meetings and consultations in their clients' homes.

The two spend a lot of time ascertaining the brief and discovering what each client wants to achieve and how they will live in and use their home. Mood and image boards are then prepared with samples covering every aspect of a scheme. Fees, together with projected budgets are always tailored to the particular job and the clients' instructions.

Drawings are always done by hand and samples made available to touch and look at in different lights. They often visit suppliers with their clients to show suggested furniture and finishes. This also provides the chance to customise the details, cushion fillings for sofas for example, to the clients' specification.

The design process is designed to be an exciting and fun process. The supply and installation details - the mechanics of the scheme - are then handled by Stephen and Philip to provide a seamless execution of the clients' interior. They oversee every aspect personally ensuring the client is always fully informed - and hopefully happy - with the process.
